People say that all women are the same, but in reality, all women are not. The one thing that is common to not only women, but all humans, is that there is always that particular thing they are willing to fight for. Speaking for women, some would fight for their careers, some their children, some their jobs, while a couple of others would fight tooth and nail to keep their husbands.
Mama T heard news, from only God knows who and where, that her husband was having an affair with a young lady in her community, and for a woman who does not like to share, Mama T did the only thing that came to her mind; pay her supposed husband’s mistress a visit. One of the things that prompted Mama T to pay this lady a visit was the fact that her dearest husband had been singing the song of marrying another wife, so to her, this might not just be a fling, but something actually serious.
After everyone had gone about their day-to-day activity, and she had dropped off her child in school, Mama T proceeded to this lady’s house alone with the intention to fight her to stay away from her husband. That way, Mama T believed that it would make the lady end things with her husband so that she can have a peaceful home where she is the only wife.
Unfortunately for Mama T, things did not go as she planned it to go.
Mama T arrived at this lady’s house, and although details of how the confrontation began are unknown, Mama T began to fight her physically to leave her husband alone. This lady, apparently, did not take lightly the fact that a woman came to her house to fight with her, so without mercy, she beat Mama T to a pulp. Had Mama T known that the lady was that powerful, she probably wouldn’t have gone in the first place, or maybe she would have gone with her friends for physical support.
Mama T ended up being the one who received the beating she had hoped to give the lady, and she had to return home to tend to her body.
When her husband heard of this, he refused to do anything about it, because according to him, he did not ask his wife to go to another woman’s house to fight her.
At the end of the day, Mama T found out that this supposed mistress of her husband is not even having an affair with him at all. This lady is presently in a committed relationship with somebody else whom they hope to get married soon, which means she was gravely misinformed.
So it is safe to say that Mama T lost on all rounds, and should another woman decide to embark on such a mission again, it is advised to make proper findings on the strength of their opponent, to avoid any form of humiliation.
