It’s rather difficult to advise relationship people oh. But then again, in a case of life and death, my two cents will be heard. Empathetically, with many stories. With many reasons why it not the best option but the only option, leaving that is.

I’d honestly try to be objective while giving emotional support. After telling him/her to leave, I’d still be there so he/she can always have a person to come and meet again and again no matter how many times it takes, because it’s not easy to walk out of any relationship and most people don’t have the heart to do it the first few times even though they know it’s the best thing for them. They can rest assured that they can always come to me when they’re hurting, I’ll listen and empathize truly coz they need that, but they’ll still hear “leave” repeatedly until he/ she does.

Marriage/relationship these days is complex. Both the problem and solution can be discovered in the marriage/relationship and both of them (male and female) know exactly what they want.Therefore, I will support my friend’s decision.
The solution to any toxic relationship/marriage is leaving.
I will talk to her about my own opinion which is to leave now before it gets too late or better still report the issue to social welfare or those who are in charge but the ball is in her court, she has to decide what to do.
