Episode Three…

When a man marries two wives, he must definitely love one above the other; he cannot spread his love and attention equally…

And this was the situation with Adams. There was Agatha, the lover girl and first girlfriend, and then there was Joy, the audacious girl who dragged Adams into cheating; well, considering how Adams dived right into it, it would be more like enabled him, than ‘dragged’. Anyway, Adams felt a stronger connection with Joy than he felt with Agatha.

With Joy, it was not love; definitely not, because Adams’s heart was closed up on that affair. It was the thrill and excitement that came with talking to a girl like Joy. As they kept talking, Joy told Adams that she wanted to visit him at home, but Adams was not that grown and bold enough to allow a girl visit him at home, so he made an arrangement to meet up with Joy at his friend’s house.

Joy came around and they spent quality time in Adams’s friend’s room, but Adams still did not make any move. All he knew was that Joy liked him a lot too. After that visit, Joy then invited Adams’s for a birthday party, telling him that she wanted him to come with her.

Adams accepted.

The birthday party was held in an open garden where everyone could literally see what was going on, and as they were there, much to Adams’s surprise, Joy reached forth and held his hand, because waiting for Adams to take the initiative and do what was expected of him was like hoping that a pig would grown wings and fly. So being the audacious girl that she was, Joy decided to do it instead.

In public!

Adams was used to doing things privately and discreetly, and this move of Joy’s was very new to Adams, especially as it was done in such a public space. However, Adams’s did not bother to withdraw his hand from her hold. Instead, he allowed her hold him. Meanwhile, Adams pondered on how audacious Joy must be to be doing what he did not yet have the boldness to do; little did he know that Joy had something more up her sleeve.

Without warning, without caution or fear, Joy kissed Adams right on his lips!
